Business Background:

 

Over (30) years of successful business experience working with Privately-Owned businesses and public corporations in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Operations, Quality, Program Management, Team Building / Development, Supplier Development / Management and Customer Fulfillment / Satisfaction.

 

  • Have been involved with the successful start-up and launch of two privately owned businesses with Plant Management responsibilities for day to day operations as well as full P&L accountability.
  • Lead Team in the development and implementation of the Operations and Training Manuals for start-up operation.
  • At least (10) years experience as Director of Operations / Plant Manager with full operational, quality and P&L responsibilities.
  • Coached and mentored team personnel for advancement into leadership positions.
  • Sales Manager for an organization that generated up to $ 100 m in sales per year with personal sales up to $ 35 m per year.
 

Personal Background:

 

Married to my wife and best friend Debbie since 1972 and have raised two children a daughter Amy and a son Eric. We are very proud that our family has grown with the addition of a son-in-law Jeff, a daughter-in-law Tracy and especially a very active and healthy grandson who just turned (2) years old this spring.

 

Debbie and I enjoy the outdoors especially camping (which I must confess we have moved up to a travel trailer in the last couple years), hiking/walking, bike riding and reading. I am a sports fan and continue to attempt to play golf when the opportunity arises.
